After seeing advertisement on the Internet for Clearwater Canyon I sent an email with my info and the next morning I was pleasantly surprised to find an email with information to come and look at some lots that were available. As we drove up to the tented area I was surprised to see so many trucks and people interested. We were greeted with such hospitality, and we felt as if we were family from the minute we toured several lots-to the time we signed to purchase two separate lots. We are so pleased to announce that we own 13.75 acres of amazing land near the Medina River. We could not be happier! Thankfully we don't have the stress of needing to build on the property immediately. We were sharing our adventure with friends who We're excited to join us the next day, and once again we were treated like family. We could not of asked for a better experience. We were very impressed with the knowledge of Our sales associate. The sales staff was very transparent, they answered so many of our questions from what type of tree is that? to when will the streets get paved? We have been bragging about your staff since we've been home. I couldn't wait to write you a letter just to share our thoughts.
